Executive / Sr. Executive – Talent Acquisition
We’re hiring an Executive / Sr. Executive – Human Resources to join our Human Resources Central Unit (HRCU). This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the group level, leading Talent Acquisition activities across multiple business units while ensuring timely and efficient fulfillment of manpower needs. The incumbent will be responsible for managing recruitment processes end-to-end, maintaining and updating HR dashboards, reports, and analytics, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. The role also involves supporting business excellence and process improvement initiatives, driving data-driven decision-making within HR, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to enhance overall HR effectiveness and organizational performance.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition. Requirements: Proficient in MS Office with strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard management; Power BI expertise is a plus. Possesses excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
