Job Description:
- Prepare board and committee meeting papers and minutes.
- Draft board resolutions for approval.
- Create notices for meetings of shareholders and the board.
- Coordinate with SECP, PSX, and other relevant entities for application filings and related matters.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure implementation of corporate governance standards.
- Perform any other related duties assigned by the Company Secretary.
Qualifications:
- ACCA or CA Finalist or with similar qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in company secretarial function.

- Head Office, Karachi
