Al Razzaq Fibres (Pvt.) Ltd – Saya is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 for 𝐖𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐨𝐫𝐲 for our Head Office, Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sourcing activities for our Western category, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products while maintaining cost efficiency.
𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:- Minimum of 5 years of experience in western sourcing or procurement, specifically in the fashion retail textile industry.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:-
- Develop sourcing strategies for the Western category, including identifying and qualifying new suppliers
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sourcing priorities and goals
- Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and best practices to inform sourcing decisions
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners
