Position: Officer – Health
Department: Health Insurance Department
Location: Karachi
Key Accountabilities:
- To handle the operational matter of the assigned clients i.e., claim follow-ups and endorsement queries.
- To maintain close coordination with divisions, branches and development staff for business development and continuous servicing.
- To coordinate with the back-end team for the timely resolution of client queries and servicing matters.
- Follow-up on both renewals /new proposals with concerned divisions for the better maturity of business.
- To maintain complete data of assigned clients along with prospect accounts handled directly or forwarded from branches.
- To share reports with line manager on monthly and quarterly basis.
