Looking for Assistant Manager Legal for Textile industry.
Education: LLB
Salary: up to 60k
Experience of 03 to 04 years in the similar role. The candidate must have the prior experience of handling legal matters for the following functions:
- Utilities: Handle all legal matters related to utility companies.
- Government Agencies: Handle all legal matters related to employees and related agencies, including all associations.
- Property: Handle all office and personal properties, documentation, encroachments, transfers etc.
- Intellectual & Copy Right: Draft/ verify, all personal and business contracts/ MOU, maintain all copyright status and fight all infringements etc.
- Responsible for updating management about legal and statutory compliance on need basis.
- Prepare legal reports, Drafts and review various company documents.
- Responsible for drafting plaints, petitions, legal notices & its replies
