Responsibilities:
- Vet and draft legal documents, file all statutory returns under Company law, as well as coordinate and deal with relevant regulatory authorities.
- Draft and circulate notices, supervise arrangement of Board meetings, handle all correspondence and record meeting minutes
- Handle matters pertaining to transfer of shares and issuance of dividend warrants to shareholders
Education: LLB or higher from a reputed university
Experience: Minimum 15 years of Corporate and Legal Affairs Management experience
Knowledge & Skills: SECP Regulations, Corporate Law, International Law, Company Law, Corporate Affairs
