AK Marketing is looking for a HR Manager to be based in its head office in Karachi.
The incumbent at this position will be responsible to oversee all human resources operations and ensure that they are aligned with business goals. S/he will work closely with the functional Heads to facilitate them on issues including, but not limited to, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, training and development, policy development, legal compliance etc.
Ideal candidate for this position must have MBA degree in HR from reputable institution with minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience as HRBP, preferably in a retail industry. S/he must have excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills and should be well-versed with labor laws.
