Looking for mid-career HR Professional for Policy Planning & Organizational Effectiveness to enhance our organizational & team effectiveness, increase our ability to deliver strategic change & optimize the performance & diversity of our workforce.
The incumbent will be responsible for:
- Proactively implementing HR strategy as directed, provide feedback for necessary modifications & standards in policies. Drive as directed a sustainable, systematic & people-centered approach to culture & behavioral change
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design & implementation of on going strategy to effectively integrate a high-performance work & team culture
- Involved in necessary activities to communicate & implement the HR strategies, monitor HR policies & procedures
- Formulate an employee engagement strategy, create processes & initiatives to continuously assess & improve engagement
Experience: 3-5 years in a Manufacturing Industry.
Qualification: Master’s degree in Human Resources/ Public/Business Administration
