- Design, evaluate and modify benefits and policies to ensure that programs are current, competitive, and in compliance with legal requirements.
- Active contribution in market surveys and interpretation of results for hiring, promotion and general pay movement.
- Understand the performance management mechanism i.e. salary increments and variable pay plans.
- Maintain and implement new HR technology applications. Must understand the logic and flow of HR information systems.
- Continuous process improvement for all HR activities through innovation and technology orientation
Education: Minimum Bachelors’ in HR Management
Work experience:Â 3+ years of working experience in the relevant discipline
