Job Description: This role is responsible for the Country Credit performance of the DS business in Pakistan. This role needs to balance business growth & risk mitigation through a strong commercial sense, external market risk awareness and customer intimacy. This role plays a critical part in bridging Regional & Local agendas to align & drive functional excellence. Manage e2e Credit Management process & actively supports Sales organization on all Credit related matters & facilitation of credit sessions with LoB sales teams.
Manage Credit Activity: Responsible for the efficient management of credit risk according to DCM and direction from the credit committee. Authorized approval for release of credit blocked orders and taking credit decisions.
Customer Service:Â Responsible for ensuring that Customer complaints are resolved timely.
Accounts Receivable:Â Responsible for the efficient and effective management of the accounts receivable processes including monitoring of operations, checking reports and controls. Implement appropriate & optimal escalation processes to support collection activities.
Debt Recovery: Ensuring that all provisions and write-offs are communicated to the relevant businesses, and correctly input into the finance systems. Responsible for ensuring that all cases of debt recovery are economically viable.
Cash Application:Â Responsible for ensuring that cash application and allocation is completed in an accurate and timely manner.
Credit Management Information:Â Responsible for ensuring the completion, accuracy and timeliness of MI. Provide interpretation of policy and guide the businesses on the principles of sound credit management.
