Customer Relations Officer (Karachi)
Requirements:
• 01- 02 Years’ experience
• Minimum Graduation
Responsibilities:
• To handle customer complaints and inquiries through call center, email etc.
• Responsible to conduct VOC based analysis and share with management.
• Manage and update customer databases with the status of each customer.
• Ensure that corrective measures have been taken for recurrence prevention.
