Description: This is a Head Office based G-5 level position that will be reporting to Market Research Group Manager. The person will be mainly responsible for the following activities:
•Coordinate with research partners on the implementation of the Methodologies and Market Research Tools and consumer intimacy building to know your consumers deeply
•Implement and guarantee the quality in all the research processes and analysis
•Gather the information to conduct consumer, shopper, retail, competitive and customer analysis to support business with relevant data, information and insights
•Support brand builders in their winning actions for all BBNW rooms with relevant consumer research and synthesis
•Implement Methods and Tools in order to build the knowledge base to support internal stakeholders to understand the target consumer and support Know your consumer deeply
Qualification & Knowledge: The applicant should be: MBA/BBA, At least 2-3 years experience at Nestlé or equivalent

•Experience in generating consumer insights is a plus
•Project management skills
•Experience in managing multiple internal and external stakeholders
