Askari Bank Jobs Service Quality Officer:Â Askari Bank need a Service Quality Officer for our Islamic Banking South Region. He will report to Head of Service Quality Islamic Banking who sits in Islamabad. He will be based in Karachi & will operate from Karachi. He will be required to travel across Karachi city visiting 19 branches for inspecting them on a predefined checklist in a monthly basis. He will be taking customer feedbacks during those visits from branch customers. He will be conducting mystery calling in specific branches every month. All data collected will be then entered in system. Officer must working as well as bookish knowledge of Islamic banking. Officer must be well versed with Ms. Word and Excel in specific. Officer must be able to sustain pressure and should be able to work under independently with commitment and integrity. A Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience with NIBAF will be given weightage. Candidate’s having own transport will be preferred. CV should be updated with current picture.
