• The Ideal candidate should:
• Hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration or ACCA
• Have minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

Job Description:

• Vetting and timely invoice voucher booking of departmental PAFs in Oracle Financials in accordance with FTAP policy.
• Vetting and timely invoice voucher booking of assigned Non PAFs payments in Oracle Financials in accordance with FTAP policy.
• Timely and appropriate replies of queries from vendors & relevant POCs for their payments.
• Ensuring Income Tax and Sales Tax withholding from payments
• Providing relevant and accurate information for daily dashboards.
• Processing of JVs for required adjustments and/or rectifications.
• Ensuring compliance of policies and procedures pertaining to Accounts Payables
• Any other tasks assigned by supervisor/manager.

Essential Skills

• Working knowledge of Oracle Financials
