Director Transformation Lead

The Ideal candidate should:

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline; MBA preferred
Have 10+ years of work experience with preferable exposure to transformation and change management initiatives/ experience of running a shared services team preferably setting up a Greenfield site
International work experience will be an added advantage
Have demonstrated management capabilities leading strategic initiatives, driving performance, leading change efforts and delivering high level results

Job Description:

Leads major transformation elements, such as procurement and supply chain transformation, organizational model, OpCp integration etc.
Drives performance management – establishes weekly cadence, performance tracking, unblocks barriers and influences key stakeholders at all levels
Responsible for leading, building and managing a new sub organization
Develops expertise within the organization around the supply markets and the impacts of governmental, technological, and economic changes that impact those markets.
Champions change management – diagnoses and implements organizational health measure as well as develops change program aligned with strategic business needs
Builds transformation team – inspires and develops next generation of transformation leaders to act as change agents in the company
Transformation of regional local procurement and real estate professionals into a virtual Group team to execute the strategy and deliver the annual savings targets, as well as enhance capabilities and innovation where applicable.

Essential Skills:

Excellent Communication & Presentation skills
Strong Customer Services Orientation & Problem Solving skills
Ability to work with key stakeholders across all levels and effectively lead/motivate others
Excellent in English language and willingness to travel 50%
Hands-on Knowledge in Financial Modeling and Analytics

Computer Proficiency:

Well versed in MS Office
Intermediate/expert level understanding of Oracle systems

Manager Transformation Lead
Job Description:

Provide support to Director Transformation in driving performance management – establishes weekly cadence, performance tracking, unblocks barriers
Execution for major transformation elements, such as procurement and supply chain transformation, organizational model, OpCp integration etc
Responsible for developing and implementing strategies and leading the process of service delivery and service mobilization
Provide operational support to Director Transformation in building and managing a new sub organization
Support in Transformation of regional local procurement and real estate professionals into a virtual Group team to execute the strategy and deliver the annual savings targets, as well as enhance capabilities and innovation where applicable.
Manage specific projects to increase the effectiveness of the performance transformation team.
