Position: Admin & Procurement Manager

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲:
Chakor Ventures (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for an experienced and proactive Admin & Procurement Manager to oversee administrative operations, office facilities, vendor management, and procurement activities while ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, and timely availability of materials and services.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Manage daily administrative operations, office facilities, maintenance, and logistics.
Supervise support staff, company vehicles, office supplies, and asset management.
Oversee end-to-end procurement of construction materials, equipment, office supplies, and services.
Source vendors, obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and prepare comparative statements and purchase orders.
Coordinate with Engineering, Finance, and other departments to meet operational and project requirements.
Monitor budgets, procurement costs, supplier performance, and delivery schedules.
Maintain accurate administrative and procurement records while ensuring compliance with company policies.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant field.
5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
Strong skills in vendor management, negotiation, budgeting, and administrative operations.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
