KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect & analyze supply chain data from ERP and other systems.
- Monitor inventory levels and track stock aging.
- Prepare daily, weekly & monthly reports and dashboards.
- Identify stock-out and overstock risks; recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor supplier performance and lead times.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Data Analysis, preferably in Supply Chain, Retail or FMCG.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, Advanced Formulas)
- Power BI (Preferred)
- ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
- Data visualization and dashboard development
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
