Popular Chemical Manufacturing is looking for a results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team.
Locations: Hyderabad, Mirpurkhas & Nawabshah
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Sales
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
WE’RE LOOKING FOR Area Sales Manager
Location: Hyderabad, Mirpurkhas & Nawabshah
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize growth in the assigned area.
- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and train a team of sales representatives to achieve their individual and team targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, and other key stakeholders.
- Sales Performance Monitoring: Regularly track sales performance and report on results to senior management. Analyze performance trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Market Penetration: Identify new business opportunities and ensure optimal coverage and distribution within the area.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless sales operations and customer satisfaction.
- Budget Management: Manage the area’s sales budget and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Sales Training: Provide ongoing coaching and training to enhance the capabilities and performance of your team.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales.
- Proven success in managing sales teams and achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and create actionable insights to improve sales performance.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
