JOB SUMMARY
Olive Technical Services is looking for an experienced Contracts professional with a minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in Oil & Gas, downstream, industrial services, EPC/EPCC, and construction projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and administer industrial & engineering service contracts from award through completion.
- Review and interpret contractual terms, conditions, scope of work, and commercial requirements.
- Prepare and manage variation orders, claims, EOTs, cost impacts, and contractual notices.
- Handle subcontractor and vendor contracts, including commercial negotiations and performance monitoring.
- Coordinate with Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Finance, and Clients on contractual matters.
- Prepare correspondence, contractual letters, & MOMs.
- Identify contractual risks and support the project team in mitigating commercial and contractual exposure.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for contractual and commercial matters.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Contracts Management, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in Contracts & Commercial functions.
- Strong preference for experience in Oil & Gas, Industrial Services, EPCC, EPC, pipeline, process facilities, and industrial construction projects. Candidates from Oil & Gas or Fertilizer companies may also be considered.
- Strong knowledge of claims management, variations, EOT, payment terms, and contract administration.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word & AI tools.
