Manager Bulk Carrier Chartering

Qualification Criteria

Master Mariner (FG)

Sailing experience in senior capacity along with minimum 01 year of shore experience in commercial division of reputable Dry Bulk vessel owning company / Dry Bulk vessel commercial operators / commercial management company with direct role in handling pre/post fixture activities.

Master’s Degree in any discipline from HEC recognized institute.

Minimum 08 years of shore experience in commercial division of reputable Dry Bulk vessel owning company / Dry Bulk vessel commercial operators / commercial management company with direct role in handling pre/post fixture activities.

Preference will be given to a candidate having additional qualification/experience:

Ship Command Experience.

MICS qualification

Age Limit: Upto 50 Years

Incharge / Deputy Manager DPP & CPP (Tanker)

Qualification Criteria

Master Mariner (FG)

Sailing experience on tankers in senior capacity, preferably with 01 year of shore experience in commercial division of a reputable tanker-owning company / tanker commercial operators / tanker management (preferably tanker chartering).

Master’s Degree in any discipline from HEC recognized institute.

Minimum 05 years of relevant shore experience in commercial division of reputable ship-owning company / tanker commercial operators / ship management (preferably tanker chartering).

Preference will be given to a candidate having additional qualification/experience:

Ship Command Experience.

MICS qualification.

Age Limit: Upto 50 Years

Incharge / Deputy Manager (PMO)*

Qualification Criteria

Bachelor’s Degree in Naval Architecture / Shipbuilding / Marine / Mechanical Engineering from HEC recognized institute.

Minimum of 10 years’ relevant professional experience.

Minimum 5 Years’ experience in ship design, new building, shipyard supervision, technical consultancy or construction.

Experience in FATs, HATs, Inclining experiments and Sea trials.

Ability to prepare technical reports, Deviation Reports, Risk Assessments and milestone recommendations.

Preference will be given to a candidate having:

Experience with commercial vessels, container / feeder vessels.

Experience of vessels of approximately 1000 TEU or above.

Demonstrable experience in supervision/technical management of at least 1 vessel newbuilding projects.

Strong experience in hull structure, block fabrication, Erection, dimensional control, welding / NDT and coatings.

Proven experience in review of GA, structural, stability, cargo securing and production drawings.

Working knowledge of class rules, IMO / SOLAS / MARPOL, Flag requirements and Ship Building Standards.

Must be available for regular / need based attendance at Shipyard, its subcontractors, or designers or relevant OEMs.

Good command of written and spoken English.

Age Limit: Upto 56 Years

* Incharge / Deputy Manager (PMO) is Project based position on contract basis (Initial duration is upto 2 years or completion of the project, whichever is earlier. The contract may be extended further upon mutual consent of both parties).

Qualification Criteria

Certificate of Competency Class 1 Deck.

Minimum 01 year sailing experience as Chief Officer / Master in last 7 years on Foreign Going (FG) General Cargo / Container / Tanker vessels.

Age Limit: Upto 57 Years

Superintendent Engineer (Bulk Carrier)

Qualification Criteria

Certificate of Competency Class 1 (Motor)

Minimum 01 year sailing experience as Chief Engineer in last 07 years on Foreign Going (FG) General Cargo / Container / Tanker vessels.

Upto 57 Years

Superintendent Engineer (Tanker)

Qualification Criteria

Certificate of Competency Class 1 (Motor)

Minimum 01 year sailing experience as Chief Engineer in last 07 years on Foreign Going (FG) Tanker vessels.

Age Limit

Upto 57 Years

Deputy Manager (Ship Personnel)

Qualification Criteria

Class I / II Certificate of Competency (Deck / Engineer).

2 years experience as Master / Chief Engineer COC 1st Class and Chief Officer 2nd Engineer or 01 year experience on shore.

MBA / MPA / BBA (HRM) from a HEC recognized institute.

5 years experience in handling HR matters of a reputable company
