Maintain sales call report file on daily basis.

Call on at least 100 prospective customers per month.
To keep customers informed of new products/services and promotional activity.
To achieve the agreed sales target by soliciting fresh and existing customers as per agreed Bank’s sales process, policy and strategy.

𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Department Head Centralized Account Opening

𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Lahore

𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Minimum 16 years of education in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university or reputed foreign university.

𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Professional banking certifications such as JAIBP/IBP will be an added advantage.

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀

Minimum 10–15 years of relevant banking experience, with strong exposure to various types of Account Opening & Maintenance, including Individual, Digital, Term Deposit, and Corporate Accounts.
At least 5–8 years of senior level supervisory or managerial experience.
Experience in managing Centralized Account Opening Department and High-volume requests will be preferred.
Strong knowledge of Account Opening procedures and Banking Operations.
Good understanding of KYC/CDD, AML/CFT, Customer Onboarding Framework and regulatory requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Team leadership and people-management skills.
Strong command of MS Excel and operational reporting.
Ability to manage high-volume operations and meet strict TATs.

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

Manage and Lead the Centralized Account Opening Department.
Ensure timely processing of Account Opening requests within defined TATs.
Ensure compliance with SBP regulations, AML/CFT and Customer Onboarding Framework requirements, KYC/CDD requirements and Bank policies/SOPs.
Review and monitor account opening documentation and data accuracy.
Coordinate with branches, Compliance, Risk, Operations, IT and other relevant departments.
Monitor maker-checker controls and ensure effective authorization processes.
Identify recurring process gaps and implement corrective actions.
Monitor team productivity, quality, ageing and service levels.
Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of Customer onboarding related issues.
Support system enhancements, UATs, process automation and digital onboarding initiatives.
Prepare management reports and highlight operational/compliance risks.
