PRODUCTION MANAGER – BAKERY FULL-TIME
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for a skilled & passionate person with:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science.
- Strong knowledge of bakery manufacturing processes, including bread, buns, frozen bakery products.
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and food safety regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (FLOW HCM, or similar is an advantage).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily bakery production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining product quality.
- Monitor compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
- Control raw material usage and minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health & safety regulations.
- Prepare production reports, analyze KPIs.
EXPERIENCE
- 3-5 years of experience in bakery manufacturing or food production.
- Minimum 2-3 years in a supervisory or production management role.
- Experience managing large production teams in an industrial bakery environment.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement knowledge.
- Production planning and Inventory management.
