Role Summary
- The candidate will be responsible for effectively managing and controlling work-in-process inventory across all production stages, ensuring accurate material movement and ERP records, coordinating with production and related departments, reconciling physical and system inventory, minimizing WIP ageing and variances, preparing management reports, and supervising the WIP team to maintain a smooth and timely production flow.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum BBA/MBA in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Textile Management or equivalent.
- 6-7 years of work experience of WIP management, inventory control, production coordination, or manufacturing operations in Textile/Garments Manufacturing Industries.
Essential Competencies
- Strong knowledge of WIP inventory management and production processes
- Excellent production coordination and material-flow management skills
- Sound understanding of ERP systems, Inventory modules, and production reporting
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to identify inventory variances, production bottlenecks, and control gaps
- Effective team leadership, supervision, and performance management skills
- Good interpersonal and cross-functional coordination skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and management reporting
- High level of accuracy, integrity, accountability, and attention to detail
