REQUIREMENTS

- Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of experience in the banking industry, with strong knowledge of the payments ecosystem.

JOB ROLE & REQUIREMENTS:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Drive sales growth by meeting budgeted revenue targets.
- Develop new business relationships with banks and financial institutions while strengthening and maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Proactively engage with banks and financial institutions to understand their business needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
- Establish clear KPIs for the sales team and monitor performance to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to align client requirements with solution capabilities.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention through regular follow-up, proactive support, and relationship management.
