JOB TITLE: Assistant Manager – Surveillance & Control Room

For our Head Office based at Karachi, Pakistan, we are seeking applications for 01x “Assistant Manager – Surveillance & Control Room”. Details are mentioned, as below.
Job Description:
- Lead the establishment of Sveston Watches’ centralized CCTV Surveillance & Control Room.
- Develop the complete operational framework for surveillance monitoring.
- Design monitoring workflows, reporting structures, escalation protocols and response mechanisms.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for setup and implementation.
- Recommend CCTV hardware, software, storage solutions and monitoring technologies.
- Monitor live CCTV feeds from retail outlets, warehouses, regional offices, head office and production facilities.
- Detect suspicious activities, theft attempts, policy violations, safety hazards and operational irregularities.
- Immediately escalate critical incidents to relevant departments.
- Maintain continuous surveillance logs and incident reports.
- Coordinate with Security, Operations, Retail, Warehouse, HR and Administration departments during security incidents.
- Support investigations through video retrieval and evidence management.
- Maintain confidentiality of surveillance footage.
- Assist in reducing inventory losses through surveillance analysis.
- Monitor CCTV system health and functionality.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance of surveillance equipment.
- Liaise with vendors for troubleshooting and repairs.
- Ensure optimal recording quality and storage management.
- Monitor backup systems and recording retention.
Candidate Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Security Management, Information Technology, Electronics, Engineering or a related field.
- 4-5 years of relevant experience.
- Professional certifications in CCTV systems, Physical Security, Electronic Security or Surveillance Management will be an advantage.
