📌 Position: Senior Degree & Transcript Officer
We’re seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage academic records, ensure accuracy in documentation, and support student and alumni services.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate processing and issuance of degrees and transcripts within defined timelines
- Maintain and regularly update student academic records in compliance with institutional policies
- Respond to student and alumni inquiries related to academic documents and records
- Liaise with internal departments to verify records and ensure proper documentation
🎓 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a relevant discipline
- 3–4 years of relevant experience, ideally within a higher education environment
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and coordination abilities
