Position: TAX ACCOUNTANT
REQUIREMENTS
- B.COM / BBA / MBA / M.COM / CA (Inter) / ACCA or ICMA (finalist)
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the similar capacity preferably in FMCG, Food, Beverage Industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparation and filing of Sales Tax returns with annexures within due timelines.
- Maintenance and reconciliation of Sales Tax input/output.
- Preparation of replies to show cause notices and representation of higher management before appellate/government authorities.
- Handling tax workings, reconciliations, and compliance with FBR/IRIS requirements on tax notices.
- Handling tax correspondence and duty/tax declarations.
- Monitoring employee, supplier, and customer tax calculations and timely filing.
- Filing of advance tax statements and withholding tax returns.
- Ensuring compliance with Federal and Provincial tax laws.
- Providing guidance on taxation matters, including advance and deferred tax.
- Any other job related to Accounts and Finance.
