𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠:
- Managing employee lifecycle processes including leaves, payroll coordination, and documentation
- Handling recruitment and ensuring smooth hiring workflows
- Maintaining structured and up to date employee records
- Supporting onboarding and day to day HR operations
- Coordinating across departments to ensure alignment in HR practices
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫:
- Relevant academic background in HR or Business Administration
- Practical exposure to HR operations (1–3 years preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and coordination abilities
