ACT Polyols Private Limited is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Electrical to lead the Maintenance & Utilities team at our Nooriabad plant. The role is responsible for managing powerhouse operations, ensuring reliable power supply, and overseeing electrical and HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and maintain powerhouse equipment including MV/LV switchgears, transformers, gas & diesel generators, and solar systems.
Ensure 24/7 reliable operations through shift management, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Lead electrical and HVAC maintenance, coordinating with technicians to resolve plant-wide issues.
Maintain optimum stock of spares and oversee documentation, reporting, and equipment history.
Utilize MS Office and AutoCAD for reports, layouts, and electrical design.
Coordinate with external utility providers to restore power quickly during outages.
Implement preventive maintenance and reliability improvement programs to reduce downtime.
Drive energy conservation initiatives and continuous improvement in utility operations.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E/B.Sc) from a recognized institution.
5–7 years of experience in powerhouse operations, maintenance, and utilities (FMCG / industrial setup preferred).
Strong knowledge of power generation & distribution systems, MV/LV switchgears, and HVAC operations.
Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
