Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an engaging lesson plan as per the curriculum
- Foster a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that supports social, emotional, and cognitive growth
- Use age-appropriate teaching aids, activities, and play-based methods
- Observe and document student progress using IB assessment tools
- Maintain clear and open communication with parents regarding student progress and behaviour
- Collaborate with co-teachers and academic coordinators to ensure curriculum alignment and consistency
