Job Title: Senior Merchandiser / Marketing Executive (Home Textile)
Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete merchandising cycle from product development to shipment for home textile products.
- Coordinate with production, dyeing, printing, finishing, and stitching teams to ensure timely execution of orders.
- Handle buyer communication, order confirmations, follow-ups, and routine updates.
- Prepare costings, maintain order files, update ERP systems, and manage all related documentation.
- Monitor order progress, identify risks or delays, and take proactive corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
- Support sample development, approvals, and pre-production processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Sciences, Supply Chain, or BBA.
- Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in home textile merchandising.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of home textile products and end-to-end supply chain processes.
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
