Key Responsibilities
- Assist in HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and documentation.
- Help in maintaining HR records and HRMS data.
- Assist in performance management and employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate with departments for HR-related tasks.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRM, BBA, MBA, or related field.
- Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
- Skills: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Attributes: Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
