Hi-Tech Lubricants Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Manager Audit to join our Internal Audit team. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in risk-based auditing and have strong stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

•Plan and execute audit assignments by using risk-based audit approach to evaluate effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with policies and procedures.
•Identify, assess and report key risks and recommend practical improvements to strengthen internal control framework of the Company.
•Execute audit assignments within agreed timelines, ensuring quality standards and audit objectives are met.
•Build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders through strong interpersonal and communication skills.
•Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities in evaluating audit findings and proposing solutions.
•Contribute to team effectiveness and development through collaboration, guidance, and knowledge sharing.
•Prepare and present clear, concise audit reports with effective written and verbal communication.

Required Qualifications:

CA Finalist / ACCA / CIA / ACMA
Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in a relevant field
Professional training in OMC, Manufacturing, and Data Analytics will be preferred

Experience Requirements:

4–6 years of relevant experience in internal audit or a related role
Exposure to manufacturing or oil & marketing companies will be an advantage
