Key Accountabilities
- Lead the creation and implementation of marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, events, print, social).
- Oversee content creation: messaging, collateral, web copy, email campaigns.
- Analyze marketing initiatives’ performance; measure ROI and optimize for results.
- Build and manage the marketing budget.
- Work with internal teams and external agencies to deliver projects on time.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in financial services or insurance.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and branding.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
