Position: HR Executive
Location: Islamabad
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records (personal files, contracts, service records) for teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Prepare HR reports related to headcount, attendance, leave, attrition, and compliance.
- Assist in issuing offer letters, appointment letters, and employment contracts.
- Manage daily attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate with the payroll team for monthly payroll processing and handle payroll-related queries.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of HR operations experience, preferably in an educational institution.
- Understanding of labor laws, payroll processes, and HR best practices.
