Job Description:
Branch Manager will be responsible for supervising and managing a branch with a focus on achieving assigned targets of CA, SA, Cross-Sell, Profitability, and other assigned targets while keep on improving the overall control environment of the branches considering laid down policies and procedures of the bank.

Experience: 5-6 years Branch Banking experience

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (Master’s will be preferred)

It also includes managing and developing a customer service and sales team, fostering a customer-centric culture, and ensuring operational excellence. Performance monitoring, customer relationship management, and continuous improvement are key aspects of the position.

Qualification: Minimum Bachelors degree / Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance and Banking or a related major field of study.
