- EDUCATION: CURRENTLY ENROLLED IN OR RECENTLY COMPLETED BS-IT/CS OR A RELATED FIELD.
- TENURE: 6-8 WEEKS
- AGE: 20-24

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Basic understanding of Windows OS and troubleshooting.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work under supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide first-level IT support to employees (hardware, software, printers, email, network connectivity).
- Assist in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Maintain and update MIS databases, records, and reports.
- Coordinate with vendors and senior IT staff for issue resolution.
- Help in system documentation, SOPs, and asset management records.
- Ensure data security and confidentiality at all times.
- Support IT team during audits, system upgrades, and deployments.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the MIS Manager.
