Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate shift teams across hopper operations (offloading, picking, trimming, feeding) to ensure smooth production flow.
- Liaise with Cold Stores, Transporters, and Production to ensure timely receipt, storage, and feeding of quality raw potatoes.
- Work closely with QA to ensure only approved potatoes are processed, with effective segregation of undersized, damaged, and rotten material.
- Manage labor deployment, shift rotations, and staffing levels while enforcing safety and hygiene standards.
- Maintain accurate operational records, troubleshoot line issues with technical teams, and provide regular performance and improvement updates to supervisors.
