We are looking for someone to join our team and support our efforts in identifying and managing business opportunities, preparing proposals, and coordinating partnerships with other companies.
Location: Islamabad
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Proposal & Bid Management: Prepare structured proposals, collaborate with teams, and maintain a proposal repository.
🔹 Partnership Coordination: Align with partner companies on joint bids and ensure agreements are in place before submission.
🔹 Client Coordination & Relationship Management: Build client relationships, clarify proposal queries, and manage submission logistics.
🔹 Opportunity Identification & Growth: Research tenders, partnership opportunities, and suggest improvements to boost proposal success.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales operations, or proposal writing (entry-to-mid level).
✅ Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple proposals.
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
✅ Process-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive approach.
✅ Experience with RFPs and tenders is a plus (but not mandatory).
