Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager Admin & IR
Requisite Qualification & Experience:
• LLB from recognized Institution with (01) to (02) years of relevant experience.
• Fresh Law Graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist HOD Admin regarding Admin & IR affairs at Plant site.
• Assist HOD Admin in all court cases and prepares summaries and updates as per requirement.
• Correspondence with Govt. institutes i.e. EOBI, Social Security and Workers Welfare Departments as per the instructions of HOD Admin & IR.
• Effective liaison with all District & Local Administration for routine assignments.
• Assist HOD in monitoring Admin & IR budget and ensure third party service providers’ activities as per services agreement.
• Handling all local / provisional Govt. Licenses and its renewals/monitoring.
