Position Details
- Position Title: Trainee Officer (Contractual)
- Departments: PHS, Underwriting, Takaful, Bancassurance, Group & Pension, RMD, Compliance
- Number of Positions: 65
- Monthly Stipend: Rs. 70,000/-
- Maximum Age Limit: 28 years
- Education Requirement:
- 16 years of education in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or related fields from HEC-recognized universities.
- Minimum 2.8 CGPA.

If Selected:
- Trainee Officers will undergo a 10-year training program from the date of joining.
- All selected trainees will be required to pass either:
- Associate Chartered Insurance (ACII) from Chartered Insurance Institute, London, or
- Fellow Life Management Institute (FLMI) from Life Office Management Association, USA.
- Candidates failing to qualify for these certifications will not be regularized.
- Employees who qualify ACII (5 papers) within 4 years will be promoted to the next cadre.
- Employees who qualify ALMI (5 papers) within 3 years will receive an additional stipend.
- Failure to qualify ACII or FLMI within the given period will lead to contract termination.
- Candidates will be required to serve at any of State Life’s offices across Pakistan.
General Criteria
- Selected candidates can be posted anywhere in Pakistan.
- State Life follows the Federal Government Quota Policy, including disabled, minority, and women quotas.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview. No TA/DA will be provided.
- Government employees must apply through proper channels with an NOC from their parent department.
- Positions are on a contract basis, non-transferable, and non-pensionable.

- Application forms and test fee deposit slips are available on the Pakistan Testing Service (PTS) website: www.pts.org.pk
- Submit the completed application form along with the fee deposit slip to PTS Headquarters at the address below.
- The fee must be paid through UBL or HBL online banking.
- Applications must be submitted within 15 days from the date of the advertisement.
- Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.
- Clearly mention the position applied for on the envelope.
