WE’RE HIRING Deputy General Manager Sales & Marketing (Corporate)
We are looking for a results-driven Deputy General Manager (DGM) of Sales & Marketing, the candidate will be responsible for leading and executing the company’s sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and improve market positioning. The candidate must have links & connection within the government contractors, i.e Public health commission, GHQ, Army Housing, Chinoy Engineering, etc. & will support the General Manager in the formulation of policies and lead teams to achieve sales targets, expand the customer base, and enhance brand presence.
Qualification Required Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
Experience Required 5-6 Years experience in corporate sector. At least 2 Years in similar capacity
Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies that align with business goals. • Create and manage sales targets and objectives, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term vision. • Lead the development of marketing strategies to promote products/services and strengthen brand identity. • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitors, adapting strategies accordingly. • Foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and innovation within the department. • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
