We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Spinning team who will be responsible for maintaining the spinning equipment and monitoring various production parameters to ensure consistent output and top-notch product quality. This role is crucial for driving our business forward and establishing benchmarks that align with the best industry practices.
The key areas of focus and expertise for an ideal candidate include:
- Maintain accurate records of auto cone settings and perform regular counter checks to ensure correct configurations.
- Monitor and assess the efficiency and production rates of both Ring and Auto Cone machines, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Perform routine checks to maintain product quality, including checking cutting quality, CV (Coefficient of Variation), and spindle speed to ensure they meet required standards.
- Oversee the control of leftover materials to minimize waste and optimize resource usage.
- Monitor the roving process, ensuring that all materials are used correctly, and keep the work area clear of any obstructions to maintain a safe and efficient environment.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelors in Textile, majors in Spinning.
- 03 – 04 years of experience in spinning is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality control checks.
- Good understanding of production efficiency and machinery operation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
The position will be based at the site in Feroze Wattwan, Sheikhupura.
