Hotel One, Pakistan’s fastest growing select-service hospitality chain, is hiring for the position of Resident Manager at Hotel One – Gujranwala.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Achieve budgets and maximize profits.
- Manage the property P&L and ensure the recording of monthly upselling contributions.
- Boost revenues via room service, banquets, and other streams.
- Control operational and food costs; maintain inventory par levels.
- Meet guests and assist with client acquisition.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and enhance experiences through feedback.
- Manage turnover and maintain EPAR.
- Focus on career development and team succession plans.
- Train and support staff to deliver excellent services; boost morale.
- Monitor business reports and make timely decisions.
- Responsible and maintaining liaison with all government departments.
- Implement crisis management and safety plans.
- Conduct safety inspections and audits.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by management.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Bachelors (14 years) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 6 – 9 years of proven experience in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
