We’re hiring Management Trainee Officer – Procurement for our Head Office!
In this role, you’ll:
📈 Conduct market analysis to stay updated on trends, pricing, and industry benchmarks.
📑 Maintain procurement documentation, including contracts, POs, and invoices.
🔍 Assist in evaluating supplier quotations based on price, quality, and delivery timelines.
🤝 Support the procurement team in obtaining quotations and preparing purchase orders.
⏱️ Track and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
🎓 Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management.
💼 1-3 years of relevant experience.
🤝 Excellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
