We are looking to hire an Admin Manager.
Responsibilities:
-Manage petty cash for market purchases.
-Handle procurement of local market items, including cash management and requisitions on ERP.
-Maintain records of approved, pending, and draft requisitions for market items in ERP.
-Distribute salaries (in cash) to workers.
-Arrange meetings with Government personnel and ensure documentation for compliance with Labor and Health & Safety laws.
-Provide supervision for the Admin Team and oversight for management-related issues, including housekeeping, fleet management, and security arrangements.
-Recruit, orient, and train administrative staff.
-Develop and enforce administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
-Manage workers effectively.
-Ensure security protocols and measures are implemented and maintained.
-Supervise and manage in-and-out records for employees, visitors, and materials.
-Plan, organize, and supervise annual events and company-wide events.
-Drive continuous improvement in administrative systems.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
-Minimum 6 years of experience.
-Strong knowledge of local labor and health & safety regulations.
-Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
-Proficiency in using ERP systems for requisition.
