JOB SUMMARY
As a Security Section Executive, your role is to ensure the safety and security of staff, customers, and assets. From overseeing onsite security operations to implementing loss prevention strategies, your work ensures a safe environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead and manage a skilled security team to ensure effective onsite supervision and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement loss prevention strategies and enhance security operations.
- Stay updated on the latest security technologies and industry best practices to ensure top-tier safety and monitoring systems.
- Oversee the full security process, including CCTV monitoring, lost and found handling, and emergency response management.
QUALIFICATION & SKILLS
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2 to 3 years of experience on retail security operations and CCTV Operations.
- Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings & weekends.
- Effective team member & strong communication skills.
