Who are we looking for?

Preferably Bachelors in Business/Commerce/Management Sciences/computer Sciences from an HEC recognized/overseas institute.
2 + years of experience with a financial institution in MIS.

Key Responsibilities:

Collection & Recovery Reports

Prepare Daily/Weekly/ Monthly Collection and recovery report global, area, branch, product and field officer wise.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly variance analysis of collection and recovery achievement, product wise, branch wise and area wise against assigned bench marks (NPLs & charged off Loan).
Assist Head-Collection & Recovery in generating various analysis reports for management review.
Data mining and compiling data for Collection team Performance Management System.
Extracting different report from specific software for data mining and for analysis.
Monthly allocation of all products (for both Coll and Rec Pools) amongst officer country wide.

Business Review and Data Analysis:

Upon collecting the data from retail MIS team, use mathematical, statistical and analytical models to find patterns that may support in improving collection & recovery.
Review Monthly Portfolio Indicator Reports at product, area and branch level and share findings with respect to performance, portfolio quality, issues and to build Collection & recovery plans.
Review and analyze monthly variance analysis reports product wise, branch wise and area wise, share observations and recommend appropriate actions e.g. adjustment in Collection & recovery targets.

Research Analytics:

Collect data from retail MIS team & through secondary research on clients, competitors and market place and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations
Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis of for existing products and services – using a combination of traditional methods, such as secondary data, focus groups with borrower and & branch staff, questionnaires, statistical techniques and modeling.
Coordinate with business HO team, AMs and branches to assess the impact and performance of marketing campaigns and strategies and work with sales and marketing
Analyzing Monthly Staff Capacity in comparison with accounts in Collection and Recovery and to validate monthly headcount with HR.
Preparation & Consolidation of capacity plan and infrastructure MIS. Monitoring of Budget v/s Actual against Capex/ OPEX/ and other KPIs
