PLANNING MANAGER
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering / Project Management from a reputable university.
- The candidate must have 06-08 years of Wind Plant experience with a technical background in planning and control. (Renewable energy experience preferred).
- Controlling and developing project planning, including scheming, development, revision, analysis, forecasting and tracking based on project requirements.
- Coordinating with subcontractors and clients for scheduling and necessary corrective actions.
- Oversee site assessments, permitting processes, and compliance with environmental regulations.
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on turbine layout, design, and construction.
- Oversee commissioning and handover of completed wind farms to operations teams.
- Maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 for all phases of project installation from design to commissioning.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Maximum age limit is 35 years, with the possibility of relaxation in the upper age limit for specialized/experienced candidates.
