Job Title: Management Trainee – Marketing
Key Accountabilities:
- Support the marketing team with preparation and coordination for campaign and project launches.
- Assist in planning, executing and monitoring assigned projects.
- Analyze data and generate reports to identify trends, patterns and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to develop marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and other promotional content that aligns with brand standards.
- Product and therapeutic area analysis and sales analysis.
- Identify and resolve issues that may arise, using critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Design innovative marketing strategies for promoting products and ensure their proper implementation.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:
- Doctor of Pharmacy Degree, currently enrolled in a MBA program from a Reputable University
- Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
- CGPA 3.2 above OR 80% marks
- Well versed in MS. Office
- Excellent Communication Skills
